- All sales are final. Because our items are handmade, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or swaps once an order has been placed.
- Please double-check your order before checkout to ensure all items, quantities, and shipping information are correct.
- Decal orders: Please purchase only one decal per cup. Orders with multiple decals intended for a single cup may be cancelled.
- Handmade items: Slight variations or minor imperfections may occur and are a normal part of handmade products.
- Please allow 2–3 weeks from when your cup order is placed to be made and received.
